History

Pacific Hospitality Company was formed when Solo Patel purchased his first motel in Oakland, CA in 1971. Since then, both Solo and Tarun have been active in the company and has been a recognized leader in the hospitality and lodging industry for many years. With more than 50 years of combined hospitality, finance and real estate investment experience, Pacific Hospitality owns and operates several successful hotel properties in California, Tennessee, Virginia, Wyoming, Oklahoma and Arkansas. • Acquire properties in key resort or metropolitan locations
• Diversify our portfolio to include limited service and full service hotels
